• Jim Tornetta and Mike LaMaina make opening statement to the Board regarding track relations. BOD and road racing operations specialists discussed steps forward to improve functionality between SJR and the track.

FINANCIALS

Financial report read by Anthony Linder, additional banking info given by Mike LaMaina. Exploring new trophies vendors for cheaper production costs. Working on a workaround for MSR credit card fees.

AUTOCROSS

Bill Richter states we had 94 cars at the last event. Bill Richter requests budget of $2,000.00. for the Battle at the Bay event for trophies and t-shirts. Motion to approve budget by Jessica Sullivan, second by Joe Hines. We have a track sprint and autocross combo upcoming this weekend.

ROAD RACING

Joe Hines and Tom Smith looking into integrating CRE (Club Race Experience) into our regional event (small bore entries). Joe Hines makes motion to $400 CRE entry, second by Anthony Linder. Joe Hines, Anthony Linder, Mike LaMaina, JD King to attend meeting with Dick Patullo to coordinate CRE program logistics. Fire extinguishers are valid until July.

MEMBERSHIP

Joe Hines reads latest membership report. Total members: 533, New members: 13, Full competition: 65, Flaggers: 28.
